SAMA and ZATCA material informs provider work

Use SAMA for national payment-system context and ZATCA for current e-invoice specifications. Then confirm applicability, eligibility, onboarding, account, certificates, API, test route, and production requirements with the client's qualified owners and authorized provider.

DGA material has a declared scope

The Digital Government Authority framework applies directly in covered contexts and can offer useful public reference elsewhere.
