Service scope

Account for the links, records and language journeys people already use.

A new design or application needs a deliberate relationship with the work already in use. We inventory the relevant public routes and operating records before defining the transition.

Preserve the intended task

A Saudi website may have Arabic documents, English service pages and links staff sends directly to customers. An application may contain unfinished cases and private history. These require different mapping and handling decisions.

The scope can include a content and URL inventory, approved replacements, data relationships, a rehearsal and release checks. A redirect does not transfer customer accounts or explain an altered operating rule.

Verify the actual change

Follow representative old addresses on the public host after activation, including real language branches and files. Review in-progress application work separately with its responsible operator and appropriate fictional records.

Agree release authority, recovery conditions and handling of changes made during cutover. No private preview can establish that public routing or provider connections are now operating as intended. Search outcomes remain uncertain.

Read Arabic documents in a redesign and linked bilingual service terms. Describe the current system and what users need to keep, using public examples for the initial conversation.
