An AI-assisted feature should have a defined task and a person who can assess its result. We can scope preparation or suggestion tools where approved sources and practical review make the use worthwhile.
Choose a bounded first task
A Saudi-connected organisation may want help preparing service answers or suggesting an internal request category. Begin with representative fictional questions, approved information and a clear account of what the tool must not decide.
Scope can include a small source collection, output presentation, evidence for review and a correction route. Arabic and English behaviour need separate evaluation with appropriate reviewers; a bilingual screen does not prove reliable answers.
Keep authority separate from fluent output
A generated draft must not quietly create an availability promise or commercial exception. Sending external messages and committing the business are separate decisions with explicit authority.
Personal data, supplier access and processing require organisational and qualified review before real records are enabled. NIST guidance can support evaluation planning but does not certify a particular assistant or guarantee accuracy.
Read the commitment inside a draft and correctable routing suggestions. Describe the small preparation task and its human reviewer, with private documents removed from the first discussion.
